Mayor, MP, inaugurate several schemes in City
Area visits were conducted wherein schemes such as Mahila Bhavan and sports materials for youngsters were launched.
After almost 30 years the Ahmednagar division near Banjara Hills witnessed visits by a high profile delegation of MPs, MLAs and government officials in their constituency. They also inaugurated several works. Mayor Mohd Majid Hussain along with MP Asaduddin Owaisi were welcomed by residents. Accompanying them was MLA Vizarath Rasool Khan.
The team toured the division and inaugurated a shoal of schemes including Mahila Bhavan, works (pipelines and roads), distributed gas cylinders (under Deepam scheme), sports materials to the youngsters, checks under urban community development scheme, wheel chairs for handicapped.
The most important aspects as part of development was flagging off of the APSRTC buses from the division and opening of a ration shop.
Additional commissioners and zonal commissioner, engineer-in-chief, chief engineer, chief city planner, MRO, RDO and executive engineer were also part of the team that toured the area.
