It’s been four years since Srinu Vaitla’s Dhee released and that still remains the biggest hit in Vishnu Manchu’s career. His upcoming film Dhenikaina Ready, which is slated for release on October 24, is already carrying good reports in the industry. No wonder, Vishnu is confident of delivering a hit this time at the box office. The film is about a young man who would do anything for his mother to achieve his goal. The action comedy is a remake of Udhayapuram Sultan, a Malayalam film which released over a decade ago. In a recent interview, Vishnu confessed that some of his earlier films might not have impressed the audience, but Dhenikaina Ready is going to be his best film till date. Four writers — Kona Venkat, Gopi Mohan, BVS Ravi and Marudhuri Raja have worked on the script and the dialogues and apparently, everyone who has seen the film so far has assured Vishnu that he has a winner in hand. The film’s Malayalam version is going to release in Kerala on October 26 and to reach out to a wider audience, Vishnu decided to add subtitles to the film. “This will be my ticket to stardom,” Vishnu said. He has also produced the film under the 24 Frames Factory banner. Chakri and Yuvan Shankar Raja have composed the music. G Nageshwara Reddy has directed it.
