ICE CREAM HOOKAH
Blend, a coffee lounge in Jubilee Hills, serves a very interesting kind of hookah — the Ice cream flavoured hookah. It is mild and apparently produces very dense smoke. It is made of two scoops of ice cream and light milk. Worth a puff indeed.
Cost: Rs.300
Location: Blend, Road no. 18, Jubilee Hills

IDLI 65
While everyone’s heard of chicken 65, who knew idli 65 existed? Well, IDP exclusively prepares this tangy dish. While the recipe is a top secret, their manager revealed that the idli is fried in steaming oil and then coated with fiery spices! Sounds like a must try, doesn’t it?
Cost: Rs.75
Location: Idly Dosa People (IDP), Ravi Plaza, PG Road, Secunderabad

CHOCOLATE SPRING ROLLS
Chocolate Spring Rolls are Hotel Casa Luxurio’s signature dish. Grated cooking chocolate is rolled into finely cut pancake sheets. The rolls are then fried in fresh oil on a low temperature until they turn golden brown. Once they are ready, the hotel’s chef prepares a chocolate sauce made of cream, milk and chocolate. He mixes it and serves it hot with the rolls. This delicacy is absolutely scrumptious!
Cost: Rs.176
Location: Hotel Casa Luxurio, Road No: 4, Banjara Hills

CHOCOLATE DOSA
Everyone’s heard of rava dosa, paneer dosa, aloo dosa and probably a dozen others. How about a chocolate dosa? IDP, once again, serves this unusual delicacy. While the dosa is made the usual way, the chocolate sauce, which they cook up in their own style, is a home-made recipe that is also a top secret! All the manager could say is that it’s cooked in a sweet batter and then topped with the delicious sauce.
Cost: Rs.59
Location: Idly Dosa People (IDP), Ravi Plaza, PG Road, Secunderabad

CHOCOLATE PIZZA
The Chocolate Room, the Australian food chain, has a very uncommon menu. While everything on their menu is made of chocolate, the one dish that will really catch your eye is the chocolate pizza. The café prepares the pizza with a chocolate base and bakes it with a choice of several toppings. Their chilli chicken chocolate pizza has a base made of melted chocolate topped with chilli flakes, oregano and cheese. Hi-Fibre pizza, another choice on the menu, is made with a similar base but is topped with white chocolate drops, cornflakes and cashews. How chocolicious!
Cost: Rs.129
Location: The Chocolate Room, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur

CHICKEN IDLI
Nature’s Basket, a food store, sells chicken idlis. The chicken is minced boneless meat and is cooked with a steaming batter made of black fermented lentils and rice. Piping heat is left in the vessel for around 10 minutes. The idlis are then served hot!
