Aksha in talks for Vettai’s remake?
Nearly a year after impressing everyone with her performance in Kandireega, Aksha is on the verge of bagging a big project. She’s reportedly in talks with Bellamkonda Suresh to play one of the lead roles in the Telugu remake of Vettai starring Naga Chaitanya and Sunil. Kishore Kumar is directing the film. Sources close to the film unit have revealed that Aksha hasn’t signed the film yet, but she’s among the top contenders to pair up with Sunil. Few days ago, Aksha told Postnoon, “After Kandireega, I took a break to concentrate on my studies. Although I was approached for quite a few films, most of the roles were more or less similar to what I had done in Kandireega.” Currently, she’s acting a Telugu film tentatively titled Saindhavudu starring Srikanth.
