One of the oldest Indian restaurants in Hyderabad, Taj Mahal is truly an iconic place in the City. The hotel is located in three parts of the City — Secunderabad, Narayanguda and Abids. Taj Mahal has been evolving over the years but their basic ideology to serve good quality food to the masses remains the same.

Over generations, people have been going to Taj Mahal Hotels to have their typical south Indian tiffins and meals and not to forget, the filter coffee.

For many families, their Sundays are not complete without going to Taj Mahal for breakfast. It is a ritual for many morning walkers to round off their walk with a cup of coffee. It is said that Abids Taj used to be the ‘hang out’ place for journalists who would come here to gossip about everything under the sun over endless cups of tea. Many office goers throng Taj for lip smacking yet economical plate meals or thalis.
