Mohan Babu clarifies on Ravana Brahma
Ever since Mohan Babu announced that he would playing King Ravana in a film titled Ravana Brahma there have been several rumours about the rest of the star cast. Recently, rumours were rife that Mohan Babu’s team were in talks with Sridevi, Shriya Saran and several other actors in Bollywood to play important roles in the film. However, Mohan Babu has quashed all these rumours and clarified that none of the names doing rounds are being considered.
“A lot of names r doing rounds as the cast of ‘Ravana’. None of which we have approached. Interesting how people assume so easily. Vishnu will announce soon the details of ‘Ravana’. He is producing it. One of his dream projects (sic),” Mohan Babu revealed on Twitter.
K Raghavendra Rao is going to direct the film and JK Bharavi, who had earlier teamed up with K Raghavendra Rao for Annamayya, Sriramadasu and Pandurangadu, is writing the script for this film. Manchu Vishnu, who’s producing this big budget film, has roped in Hollywood technicians.
